 Our primary pickup and drop-off point is located in central Bristol. You will receive a precise Google Maps pin, landmark details, and arrival instructions in your automated booking confirmation email. We kindly ask all passengers to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure, as the Char-a-bang operates on a strict schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals. 

 To provide a premium, comfortable experience and adhere strictly to UK transport and insurance legislation, our vehicle is capped at a strict maximum of 13 passengers. Every passenger—including infants and children—requires their own booked seat and seatbelt. 

 To ensure the vehicle remains pristine and comfortable for all guests, hot food and open alcoholic beverages are not permitted on our standard scheduled tours. For private hire bookings, alternative refreshment arrangements can be discussed and agreed upon in writing beforehand. 

 Our 13-seater vehicle does not have an onboard restroom. However, our tour itineraries are carefully curated to ensure frequent, comfortable stops at locations equipped with full public facilities. 

 Our tours run rain or shine! The British weather is all part of the West Country adventure. The Char-a-bang is fully climate-controlled to keep you warm and dry, though we always recommend bringing a waterproof jacket and sensible walking shoes for our outdoor stops. 

 For Scheduled Tours: Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance receive a full refund (minus a £5 administration fee per person). Cancellations within 24 to 72 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours are entirely non-refundable.

  Due to vehicle weight distribution laws and available boot space for 13 passengers, luggage is limited to one small "cabin-sized" bag per person
